Your First Visit
If the first visit to our practice is a consultation for cosmetic or restorative dentistry, we’ll start by discussing the goals you have as well as your medical history. Then, Dr. Chandra will conduct a thorough examination of your mouth and if necessary, capture X-rays to view your jawbone and underlying oral cavity. Based on what results you’d like to achieve, Dr. Chandra will walk you through her treatment recommendations, being sure to outline the cost of each suggested service as well as answer any questions that you have. Then, if you’d like to move forward with any procedures, we’ll be sure to schedule your next appointment with us on your way out.
New Patient Forms
We ask that all of our new patients please complete our online forms before they come into our office so they don’t have to fill them out in the waiting room. This allows our team to see you faster when you enter our practice and make your first visit more convenient and streamlined.
Dental Insurance Welcome
We do our best to maximize our patients’ dental insurance benefits by filing claims on their behalf. While we’re contracted with Delta Dental and Cigna, we also welcome all PPO plans so you can get the most out of your investment in coverage. Membership Plan
The My Smyle Membership Plan is an excellent alternative to dental insurance that enables a patient to save every single time they come to see us. For one flat annual fee (that costs less than insurance), you can cover your basic checkups and cleanings for the entire year, plus you’ll be entitled to a 10-20% discount on ALL other services. And, unlike insurance, our plan does NOT have any deductibles, yearly maximums, or waiting periods.

Financing Available
In addition to accepting dental insurance, we also offer financing through trusted third-party lenders, including CareCredit and Lending Club. They offer flexible monthly payment plans that range from six to 12 months and little to no interest.
